I’m Aya Borucki (they/them) an illustrator and printmaker based in Seattle, WA.

I’m originally from New England and graduated from RISD in 2019 with a BFA in Illustration.

My work is inspired by nature, local landscapes, my Japanese heritage, and a mix of traditional printmaking techniques and digital illustration.

I design merchandise for my brand Plantlers, making screen printed apparel, stationery, risograph works and more.

In my free time you can find me enjoying the outdoors, adding pages to my sketchbook, or bouldering.
